The problem
An enterprise team was running employee ops across three disconnected tools: a legacy HRMS for onboarding, a biometric device dump for attendance, and a spreadsheet chain for payroll approvals. Every month-end was a scramble, and errors compounded across systems.
What we shipped
SIT Manager is a modernised employee platform. Onboarding, attendance, and payroll in a single product, with role-based access and audit trails the compliance team actually trusts.
- Unified employee timeline across onboarding, attendance, and payroll
- Self-service for employees: leaves, reimbursements, documents
- Manager workflows with approval SLAs surfaced as first-class citizens
- Payroll run with geography-specific tax rules, audit log, and reversible posting
The hard part
The payroll migration. We couldn't take the system down for a cut-over, so we shadow-ran SIT alongside the legacy stack for two full cycles, compared every computed line-item, and only cut over once the diff was clean.
Outcome
Month-end closed four days faster. HR stopped living in spreadsheets. The compliance audit landed without a single finding the next quarter.
